All prices are shown in GBP and are correct at the time of publishing. We are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is added to our prices. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card details. - 4.2 Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirms we have received your order but does not guarantee availability. We offer two delivery options at checkout:
- Next Day Delivery: orders placed before 1pm (Monday – Friday) will be dispatched the same working day for next day delivery.
- Standard Delivery: orders are dispatched within 3 to 5 working days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or events outside our control. Next day delivery is not guaranteed for orders placed on weekends or bank holidays, these will be dispatched on the next available working day.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier once an order has been dispatched.
Digital Delivery Digital products are delivered by email or download link immediately. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout, as we cannot resend to an incorrect address.
4.4 Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason, for most physical goods. This right does not usually apply to digital content once download has started, or to personalised items, if you have agreed to and acknowledged this at the point of purchase.
4.5 Returns and Refunds
Physical items can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided they are unused and in original packaging – for details of how to return, contact hello@midlifeinterrupted.com. Digital products are non-refundable once accessed, except where faulty

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us at hello@midlifeinterrupted.com and we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
